About the Role:

You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads provided by our field-based appointment setters, allowing you to focus solely on converting these opportunities into sales. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are great at building relationships, overcoming objections, and guiding customers toward a decision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Sales Professionals: A minimum of 3 years in sales is required, with a proven ability to close deals. Experience in solar or batteries is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by our appointment setters to present Eco Solar’s solar and battery solutions.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners, explaining the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Use your sales expertise to address customer concerns, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale.
• Prepare and present customized solar solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
• Close sales deals while meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clear communication with the sales team and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
