We’re expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic Field-Based Appointment Setters to join us in generating leads and bringing solar energy solutions directly to households across the country. This is a field-based role, so you must enjoy being outdoors!
About the Role:
As a Field-Based Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and introducing them to the benefits of solar power. Your main objective is to generate interest and set appointments for our solar consultants, helping households make the switch to more sustainable and cost-effective energy options. You’ll have the flexibility to work independently while being part of a growing, dynamic team.

- Canvass residential neighborhoods to engage with homeowners and discuss the advantages of solar energy.
- Set appointments with interested homeowners for a free consultation with one of our solar specialists.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Eco Solar Sales in the field.
- Listen attentively to homeowners’ needs and advise them on the next steps.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
